SHEDLIN Middle East Health Care 2
SHEDLIN Middle East Health Care 2 (MEHC 2) offers its investors a unique opportunity to benefit from the enormous growth potential of United Arab Emirates‘ (UAE) health care market. One of the most modern regions in the world still has one of the least developed health care systems. The success of predecessor fund SHEDLIN Middle East Health Care 1 (MEHC 1) enabled the implementation of Al Rawdah German Medical Center at the very heart of Abu Dhabi. It is the first German Medical Center in the region.
MEHC 2 plannings even go one step further. The investment aims to build-up and run a German general medical hospital („German General Hospital“) with specialized units for cardiovascular and nephritic diseases as well as a maternity ward.
Overall the new clinic will possess a capacity of 240 beds, which can optionally be increased up to 300. Especially medical and nursing staff will be recruited abroad, preferably from Germany.
The short period remaining of five years only makes the fund particularly attractive for investors with a short to medium term investment horizon.
