The balance between the interests of investors, brokers and the issuing house is the key for the utmost satisfaction and benefit for all participants.

All parties involved shall be remunerated on the basis of the performance they have rendered.

This is how we interpret the win³ principle. As a general rule, the industry-standard calculation includes the complete yield of the respective issuing house with the mere placement of an investment. In case the prospected goals are not achieved, this will reduce the good reputation of the issuing house and sooner or later investors will be lost.

SHEDLIN Capital AG counteracts this effectively by linking its yield to the achievement of so-called “hurdle rates”. Management only gets a share of profits, if these rates are reached. Our hurdle rates are among the highest ones to be found among closed-end fund products in Germany.

Why? Only absolutely satisfied investors will reinvest their profits and thus guarantee and increase the yields of all involved parties in the long term.
