Robert G. Schmidt studied economics in London as well as in Switzerland and attended a training course to become a specialist in the real estate and housing sectors (Chamber of Industry and Commerce). Furthermore he successfully completed a training to become a certified financial analyst.
Robert G. Schmidt began his professional career as sales director of a renowned German real estate company and later became the authorized representative of a European-wide operating consulting company.
As the founding partner and chairman of SHEDLIN Capital AG he is responsible for portfolio management, strategy development and business development.
Dieter Klärner
Chief Financial Officer – CFO
After studying economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz Dieter Klärner worked as controller and plant controller at an international company in the pharmaceutical and medical engineering industries.
In the further course of his carrier he could ensure the continued operation of an industrial group as interim manager in the systems and thermal engineering. Furthermore, he obtained a state surety for an investor group by providing advisory services.
During the past ten years Dieter Klärner held the position of CFO and sole managing director in the electrical and ceramic industries and was in particular responsible for administration and sales. Most recently he successfully accompanied the launch of two start-up companies in the medical sector.
