Dennis Selinas
Head of Property Investments
Dennis Selinas holds a Master of Finance from London Business School, a Master of Economics from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. In the course of his career Dennis Selinas operated inter alia as Associate Trading und Investment Manager for leading investment banks and investment companies. Most recently he worked as a Country Manager for a British investment company and was responsible for investments in private-sector companies in Southeast Europe. Dennis Selinas’ core competencies include Strategic and Business Planning, Fund Structuring, Risk Management, Financial Controls/Budgeting and Project Evaluation.
As Head of Property Investments, Dennis Selinas is responsible for the identification, evaluation and structuring of the investments and projects as well as project-controlling. Furthermore he builds up and manages the local investment management teams, located at the respective project sites.
Ulrich Bogner
Head of Investments Closed End-Funds
Ulrich Bogner studied business law at the University of Vienna. Parallel he began his career as executive at a Swiss asset management company for portfolio management. Following this, he took the responsibility for the development of the Austrian representation of a Swiss corporate finance and investment product developement company in Vienna. There he was responsible for the handling of Austrian business partners and clients as well as the development and implementation of the investment products. After that he went to another Swiss corporate finance company where he structured and supervised the project and corporate finance as executive at an international level.
At SHEDLIN Capital AG he is responsible for the fund structuring as well as the fund management.
Thomas Wenker
Head of Legal Department
Before establishing the legal department at one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of power semiconductors in Nuremberg and being in charge of it for another six years, the Westphalian-born first studied law at the Philips-University Marburg with particular emphasis on commercial, corporate and labor law.
As head of the legal department at SHEDLIN Capital AG and the group of companies, Thomas Wenker is responsible for legal issues and aspects of all kinds. His tasks imply the legal structuring and contractual arrangement of individual topics and issues including legal assistance regarding the further expansion of the group of companies.
